9Delegation to committees and staff

The Authority may, to such extent as it may determine, delegate any of its functions to any committee of the Authority or to any employee of the Authority.

Any such committee may, to such extent as it may determine, delegate any function conferred on it to any of its sub-committees or to any employee of the Authority.

Any sub-committee of the Authority may, to such extent as the sub-committee may determine, delegate any functions conferred on the sub-committee to any employee of the Authority.
