Part 1 U.K. General

Ensuring exercise of consumer financial education function etc U.K.

1 (1) The [F2 FCA] must take such steps as are necessary to ensure that the consumer financial education body is, at all times, capable of exercising the consumer financial education function. U.K.

(2) In complying with the duty under sub-paragraph (1) the [F2 FCA] may, in particular, provide services to that body which the [F2 FCA] considers would facilitate the exercise of that function.]
