Certificates as to consent U.K.

3 U.K. A certificate under this paragraph is one given by the [F1 appropriate regulator] and certifying that the host State regulator has been notified of the proposed scheme and that—

(a) that regulator has responded to the notification; or

(b) that it has not responded but the period of three months beginning with the notification has elapsed.
