6A person does not incur any liability under section 90(1) or (4) if he satisfies the court that the person suffering the loss acquired the securities in question with knowledge—
(a)that the statement was false or misleading,
(b)of the omitted matter, or
(c)of the change or new matter,
as the case may be.
