88 U.K. In section 140 of the Supreme Court Act 1981 (enforcement of fines and forfeited recognizances), in each of subsections (3) and (5), for “sections 31 and 32 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ sections 139 and 140 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
