70 U.K. In section 96A of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 (application of Part III to persons aged 18 to 20), for “section 9 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 108 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
