60U.K.In section 1(2) of the Licensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980 (exclusion orders), for “sections 1A and 1C of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ sections 12 and 14 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
