6U.K.In section 49(5) of the Prison Act 1952 (meaning of “secure accommodation” for purposes of section 49), for “section 75(7) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998” there shall be substituted “ section 107(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
