51 U.K. In section 3 of the Bail Act 1976 (general provisions), in subsection (9), for “subsection (2) of section 30 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980” there shall be substituted “ subsection (3) of section 11 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
