49In section 7(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (limitations on rehabilitation under that Act), in paragraph (d), for “the Children and Young Persons Act 1969” there shall be substituted “the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000”.
