Administration of Justice Act 1970 (c. 31) U.K.

43 (1) Part I of Schedule 9 to the Administration of Justice Act 1970 (orders for costs, compensation etc. enforceable as on a summary conviction) shall be amended as follows. U.K.

(2) For paragraph 10 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“10 Where under section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 a court orders the payment of compensation.”
