42 U.K. In section 70(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (interpretation), for the definitions of “supervision order”, “supervised person” and “supervisor” there shall be substituted the following definition—

““supervision order” has the same meaning as in the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000;”.
