181U.K.In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 1997 (exempted payments), in paragraph 2, for “section 35 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
