179 U.K. In section 26(1) of the London Local Authorities Act 1995 (powers of seizure), for “section 43 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973” there shall be substituted “ section 143 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
