148U.K.In Schedule 4 to the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (increase of certain maxima), in Part I, in the first column of the entry relating to section 63(3)(a) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, for “that Act” there shall be substituted “ the 1980 Act ”.
