1In section 34 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 (attendance at court of parent of child or young person charged with an offence etc.), in subsection (7), for “section 11 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969” there shall be substituted “section 163 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000”.
