204U.K.In section 96 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (execution by person not in possession of warrant), in the section 125D to be inserted in the M1Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980, in subsection (3)(f), for “the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999” there shall be substituted “ the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
