Release of prisoners on licence etc.

65 Short-term prisoners: release subject to curfew conditions

In section 34A of the [1991 c. 53.] Criminal Justice Act 1991 (power to release short-term prisoners on licence), after subsection (2)(d) there is inserted—

“(da) the prisoner is subject to the notification requirements of Part I of the [1997 c. 51.] Sex Offenders Act 1997;”.
