76The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 is amended as follows.
77In section 24(1)(b) (arrest without warrant for arrestable offences), for “21” there is substituted “18”.
78In section 62 (intimate samples), at the beginning of subsection (1) there is inserted “Subject to section 63B below”.
