98In section 2(2)(b) of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (unauthorised access with intent to commit or facilitate commission of further offences), for “of twenty-one years of age or over (not previously convicted)” there is substituted “who has attained the age of twenty-one years (eighteen in relation to England and Wales) and has no previous convictions”.
