17 U.K. In Schedule 2 to the M1 Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc. subject to investigation), at the appropriate place there is inserted—

“Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service.”

18 (1) Employment with the Service shall be included in the kinds of employment to which a scheme under section 1 of the M2 Superannuation Act 1972 can apply. E+W

(2) The Service must pay to the Minister for the Civil Service, at such times as he may direct, such sums as he may determine in respect of any increase attributable to sub-paragraph (1) in the sums payable out of money provided by Parliament under the Superannuation Act 1972.
