Police Act 1997 (c. 50)

22 (1) The Police Act 1997 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 91 (Commissioners for the purposes of Part III), at the end of subsection (7)(b) there is inserted “or his disqualification undertaking is accepted under section 7 or 8 of the [1986 c. 46.] Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986”.

(3) In Schedule 2 (members of Service Authorities), in paragraph 3(1)(c)—

(a) after “disqualification order” there is inserted “or disqualification undertaking”,

(b) after “1986 or” there is inserted “to a disqualification order under”.
