SCHEDULE 4 U.K. Licence holders: land

3 U.K.In section 43(1) (rights over land to bind grantor’s successors) after paragraph (b) insert—

“or,

(c) for any purpose connected with the carrying out of the activities authorised by the licence, to a licence holder,”.
