Application of Schedule
1
This Schedule applies if—
a
the court has made an air traffic administration order in relation to a licence company (the existing licence company), and
b
it is proposed that on and after the appointed day another company (the new licence company) should carry out licensed activities in respect of all or part of a licensed area.
