Derelict Land Act 1982 (c. 42) E+W

6 E+W In section 1 of the Derelict Land Act 1982 (powers of Secretary of State), in subsection (11), in the definition of “area of outstanding natural beauty” for “section 87 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949” there is substituted “ section 82 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 ”.
