8E+WIn section 37 of the Housing Act 1985 (restriction on disposal of dwelling-houses in National Parks, etc), in subsection (1)(b) for “section 87 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949” there is substituted “ section 82 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 ”.
