Harbours Act 1964 (c. 40)
3In Schedule 3 to the Harbours Act 1964 (procedure for making harbour revision and empowerment orders), in paragraph 1 (interpretation), for paragraph (a) of the definition of “sensitive area” there is substituted—
“(a)land within a site of special scientific interest (within the meaning of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981);”.
