Part I E+W+S Amendments of Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981

2 E+W+SIn section 74 of the 1981 Act (short title, commencement and extent), after subsection (5) there is inserted—

“(5A) Sections 29 and 30 extend to Scotland only.”
