Prospective
43AAny person providing primary medical services [F1, primary dental services or primary ophthalmic services ]—
(a)in accordance with arrangements made under section 28C of the National Health Service Act 1977; or
(b)under a contract under section 28K [F2, 28Q or 28WA ] of that Act;
in respect of information relating to the provision of those services.
