In paragraph 8(b) of Schedule 4 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (school organisation committees to have regard to certain obligations owed by local education authorities and governing bodies under the [1976 c. 74.] Race Relations Act 1976), after “Part III” there shall be inserted “or section 71”.
