1 Validation of certain charges made by the Sea Fish Industry Authority.

The Sea Fish Industry Authority shall be taken to have had power to make such charges as were made by it in the administration of any of the schemes mentioned in subsection (2) or any of those schemes as amended; and the powers of Ministers of the Crown in connection with such schemes shall be construed accordingly.

The schemes are—
a
the M1Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1976,
b
the M2Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1981,
c
the M3Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1987,
d
the M4Fishing Vessels (Safety Improvements) (Grants) Scheme 1993, and
e
the M5Fishing Vessels (Safety Improvements) (Grants) Scheme 1995.
