SCHEDULE 4 U.K. Forfeiture Orders

Part III U.K. Northern Ireland

29 U.K.In this Part of this Schedule—

• “forfeiture order” means an order made by a court in Northern Ireland under section 23 [F1 or 23A], and

• “forfeited property” means the money or other property to which a forfeiture order applies.

• [F2 “ relevant offence ” means—

  (a)

  an offence under any of sections 15 to 18, or

  (b)

  an offence to which section 23A applies.]
