SCHEDULE 4 Forfeiture Orders

In this Part of this Schedule—

  • “forfeiture order” means an order made by a court in Northern Ireland under section 23 F1or 23A, and

  • “forfeited property” means the money or other property to which a forfeiture order applies.

  • F2 “ relevant offence ” means—

    1. a

      an offence under any of sections 15 to 18, or

    2. b

      an offence to which section 23A applies.
