Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (c. 33) U.K.

9 U.K.In section 139(11) of the M1 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (search powers available on arrests under sections 136 and 137) for “section 15(3), (4) and (5) of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989” there shall be substituted “ section 43 of the Terrorism Act 2000 ”.
