The 1978 Act

56 In section 85B(2) (bodies in respect of which schemes for meeting losses and liabilities may be made)—

(a) the “and” after paragraph (c) is omitted,

(b) after paragraph (d) there is inserted “and

(e) Special Health Boards”.
