70In section 125(1) (interpretation) of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984, in the definition of “managers of a hospital”, in paragraph (c) after “Health Board” there is inserted “, to a Special Health Board, to an NHS trust” and after “that Board” there is inserted “, trust”.
