71In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices)—

(a)omit—

  • “Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of the Immigration Act 1971”; and

(b)at the appropriate places, insert—

  • “Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999”; and

  • “Asylum Support Adjudicator”.
