In Schedule 4A to the [1967 c. 88.] Leasehold Reform Act 1967, in paragraph 2 (exclusion of certain leases granted by bodies specified in sub-paragraph (2)) in sub-paragraph (2), after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted—
