65In section 252 of the [1990 c. 8.] Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for making of orders relating to highways) in subsection (12), in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 3 of the [1996 c. 16.] Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “the Metropolitan Police Authority,”.
