53In section 38 of the [1985 c. 70.] Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (minor definitions) in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 3 of the [1996 c. 16.] Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “the Metropolitan Police Authority,”.
