SCHEDULE 27 U.K. Further amendments relating to metropolitan police etc

The Local Government Grants (Social Need) Act 1969 U.K.

23 (1) The M1 Local Government Grants (Social Need) Act 1969 shall be amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In section 1 (provision for grants) in subsection (2) (meaning of “local authority” etc) after “section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1996” there shall be inserted “ , the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
