The Housing Associations Act 1985
52In section 106 of the [1985 c. 69.] Housing Associations Act 1985 (minor definitions) in subsection (1), in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 3 of the [1996 c. 16.] Police Act 1996” there shall be inserted “, the Metropolitan Police Authority”.
