49In section 60 of the [1984 c. 28.] County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience for officer of local authority in proceedings brought by authority) in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 3 of the [1996 c. 16.] Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “the Metropolitan Police Authority,”.
