72In section 9 of the [1996 c. 16.] Police Act 1996 (annual reports relating to the policing of an authority’s area) after subsection (3) there shall be inserted—
“(4)This section shall apply in relation to the Metropolitan Police Authority as it applies to a police authority established under section 3.”
