373 Functional bodies to have regard to strategies under this Part

In exercising any function, each of the functional bodies shall have regard to the strategies prepared and published by the Mayor under this Part.

374 Abolition of the London Ecology Committee

The joint committee appointed pursuant to the provisions of Part VI of the [1972 c. 70.] Local Government Act 1972 and known as “the London Ecology Committee” is abolished by this section.
