2In the proviso to section 80 of the Agriculture Act 1947 (exceptions to restriction on disclosure of information) after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—E+W+S+N.I.
“(e)to the Food Standards Agency for purposes connected with the carrying out of any of its functions,”.
