2In the proviso to section 80 of the Agriculture Act 1947 (exceptions to restriction on disclosure of information) after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(e)to the Food Standards Agency for purposes connected with the carrying out of any of its functions,”.
