5U.K.In section 3(2) of the Agricultural Statistics Act 1979 (exceptions to restriction on disclosure of information) after paragraph (f) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(g)to the Food Standards Agency for purposes connected with the carrying out of any of its functions,”.
