9 In section 113 (orders and regulations)—

(a) in subsection (1) for “54(6)” there shall be substituted “52X(6)”;

(b) in subsection (3)(a) for “54(6), 57(2), 59(2),” there shall be substituted “52F(4), 52H(2), 52Q(2), 52S(2), 52X(6),”.
