In sections 128(1)(b) and 129(1) of the [1996 c. 18.] Employment Rights Act 1996 (interim relief) after “103” there shall be inserted “or in paragraph 161(2) of Schedule A1 to the [1992 c. 52.] Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992”.
